SCORP CIMSA’s External Collaborations on Human Rights Day 2018
December, 16th 2018

Air pollution is the biggest environmental risk to health. It may not always be visible, but it can be deadly. One air pollutant known to be associated with the most detrimental health outcomes. Research shows that reductions in air pollution could improve children’s health as well as physical and cognitive development, helping them to lead longer and more productive lives.

In order to commemorate Human Rights Day 2018, SCORP CIMSA collaborates with Campaign.id, Komite Penghapusan Bensin Bertimbal (KPBB), and Alumni of CIMSA, on doing talkshow about “Air Pollution and It’s Impact on Children’s Health.

The talkshow was held on 16 December 2018 at CFD Jakarta. The speakers are Mrs. Eva (Campaign id), Mr. Alfred (KPBB), dr. Farhan Mari Isa (Alumni of CIMSA) and Jannatiah (VPE CIMSA 2018-2019).We had a discussion about  air pollution from several fields, like medical field, influencer field and organization/community field. Through this project, we hope more students could implement the right way to decrease exposure of pollution itself and benefit their health.
